The well-known English actress and model, Elizabeth Hurley, always appears in good shape. The beauty follows a strict diet, avoiding highly processed foods. Another thing that the British actress doesn’t consume is sugar. Hurley is very conscious of what she consumes. In an interview with ‘The Sunday Times,’ the 58-year-old said:

“I think one of the most transformative things I’ve done is that 50% of what I eat is plant-based. If you’re eating a piece of dry toast for breakfast, have an apple. Never neglect the vegetables. I rarely drink alcohol.”

According to the ‘U.S. News & World Report’ rankings for the fifth consecutive year, the Mediterranean diet was ranked first on the list of best diets. The DASH diet, focused on preventing hypertension, and the Flexitarian diet, which encourages mostly vegetarian eating but is flexible enough to allow an occasional hamburger, ranked second and third, respectively.
